At St. James, the fiscal year runs from July 1-June 30 of each calendar year. In the autumn, our pastor and finance council report the current fiscal status as well as the accomplishments of our many ministries. This is done through a mailing and a bulletin insert to ensure maximum accessibility for all parishioners. The annual report was inserted into our October 31, 2021 bulletin.
If you did NOT receive a 2021 Annual Report with an envelope in the mail, it means that you are either NOT registered with the parish or we do NOT have your correct address. You can call the office to verify your registration or update your contact information. You can also email address changes to email@example.com.
In the center of the annual report is the Stewardship Envelope, click to view envelope. You can still submit it either by mail or in the Usher’s baskets. The envelope allows you to: (1) make an offertory pledge for 2022, (2) update your contact information, (3) sign up for our Pastor’s emails, and (4) check off areas of interest in terms of parish groups and volunteer opportunities.
We have no preference regarding how our parishioners choose to give. Whether it’s cash, check, Faith Direct, or via a retirement or stock distribution, the choice is a personal one.
