Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) for High School
This fall, the St. James high school PREP program will be exploring the “Altaration: The Mystery of the Mass Revealed” program for teens. It will be a wonderful way to help our teens understand Mass on a deeper level. All in grades 9-12 are invited to join us for this free program…please contact Deacon Ed Gliot (dcned@stjamescatholic.org) for more information or to sign up.
The program will be offered on Tuesday evenings from 7:00pm-8:15pm in the School Library so that siblings attending K-8 PREP can come into class together. Understanding the stress of teens in high school, especially in these times, we will not meet during busy times for teens (i.e., the last week of the school’s academic quarter). Here is the schedule for the program:
- Tuesday, September 28th: More Than Meets the Eye
- Tuesday, October 5th: Our Father’s Plan
- Tuesday, October 12th: The Mystery Revealed
- Tuesday, October 19th: What is Our Response?
- Tuesday, November 9th: The ‘Whys’ Behind the ‘Whats’ (part 1)
- Tuesday, November 16th: The ‘Whys’ Behind the ‘Whats’ (part 2)
