Bulletin Submissions

The bulletin deadline is 9:00am on Friday, 10 days before the Sunday of publication. Advance notice of full page flyers is appreciated.  Please note that the content of the bulletin is at the discretion of the parish. Content may be adjusted due to space. Artwork and flyers may be uploaded via the announcement upload button. Not sure how to do that? Check out our Upload Help page, or call the rectory office at 703-532-8815 for a quick tutorial. 

Changes in bulletin submissions dates:

  • October 30-31 Bulletin-There will be very limited space due to the insertion of the Parish Annual Report. Social media posts can still be done. Deadline is October 21 at noon.
  • November 20-21 Bulletin-Early submission date of Tuesday, November 9th at 9:00am deadline.
  • November 27-28 Bulletin-Early submission date of Monday, November 15th at noon deadline.

Multiple announcements may be submitted as a single Word document with the dates for each announcement clearly stated. Use the first date as your starting date and the last date as your ending date. We will take care of the rest. We will also create a social media post for you as well.
