ST. JAMES FEAST DAY MASS

There will be a special Mass in honor of our patron saint, St. James the Greater, on Friday, July 25, at 7:30 p.m. A light reception will follow in Heller Hall.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING

Natural Family Planning (NFP) Classes: NFP classes teach couples how to observe and interpret their signs of fertility, as a healthy means of recognizing the design of he body and of planning for pregnancies. The next series of three classes begins on Sunday, August 24th at 10:30 a.m. at the St. James House of Studies, 913 Park Avenue, Falls Church, VA. Two Fun Summer Activities:

Bull Run Mountain Hike: All High school teens are invited to go hiking at Bull Run and enjoy the great outdoors. We will gather for the 8:30 Mass and leave for the trail by 9:15 and return to St. James Church by 3:15 pm. Each participant will need hiking boots and a small backpack in order to carry some water and their lunch. Each person may either bring lunch or bring money to buy a sandwich at Subway for a picnic style lunch on the trail. Please also bring $4 to cover snacks and gas. When: July 25, 2008, 8:30-3:15. Kings Dominion:All High School Teens are invited to come to Kings Dominion on Friday August 8th. We will meet for the 8:30 Mass and leave immediately afterwards to spend the rest of the day at Kings Dominion. Each Participant will need to bring money for lunch and any snacks they will eat in addition to the $30 due with the permission slip. When: August 8, 2008, 8:30-6:00.
